For my Creative Card Crew card, I used 1 sentiment, 2 flowers, and 3 clusters of
greenery. My image is one of the wonderful digitals with Robyn's Fetish. After printing out my flower on watercolor paper, I watercolored it using my ink intense colored pencils. I wanted some more depth to the flower without adding another layer so I added crystal lacquer. My sentiment is from SU, and greenery in layers of 3 were punched out with one of my MS punches. Cardstock is by Graphic 45.
Now for the new challenge..... Easy as 1 - 2 -
Your 1 - 2- 3 can be anything, as long as you
have 1 of something, 2 of something, and 3 of something. Please list them in
your post, so that they are easy for us to find!
We are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish. Some lucky winner will
receive 5 fabulous digi images from them.
For my Challenge card for this fornight I used Graphic 45's beautiful cardstock that I companioned with a very pretty blue metallic cardstock that a friend of mine gave me. This is a very simple and basic CAS card. So easy to do yet simply beautifully vintage with those pretty roses. Graphic 45 cardstock is available at Simon Says Stamp! For the challenge I went with the song "THE WAY WE WERE". These were fashions from my mom's and grandma's era. I remember going to church with them and ladies ALWAYS wore their hats!
This challenge is sponsored by Simon Says
Stamp. The best place ever, to met all of your crafting "needs."
Our challenge to you this fornight is.... Song
Inspired!!!! What song will inspire you? And don't forget to tell us your song.
After all, we want to know what tune has been going through your head as you
I thought that I would share with everyone why I haven't been online quite as much lately
Whew!!!! Graduation is over! Between all of the final details and parties I have been exhausted! I am so glad that everything went well and Ian is officially a college student now!
This is one of my favorite pics of my son Ian and his 3 cousins. They all grew up together and for the next 5 years we will have a graduation every year. (there are 2 other cousins in the group that aren't in this picture) Ian is going on to college in the fall and is planning on a career in Criminal Justice.
Hi! I am married, & have 2 fantastic sons, Adam who is 24 and Ian who is 18. After college Adam became a fitness instructor and just recently started his own fitness company ARC Fitness.
Ian graduated from High School & works at Sam's Club and goes to school at IUPUI. I have been involved in crafting and sewing for most of my life. My grandmother taught me how to sew. As early as I can remember, I have crocheted and sewed. Along with my sisters, I made and sold crafts for years at local craft shows in Indiana. I became interested in making cards awhile ago and became addicted. So much so that I converted our unused living room into a craft studio! I just LOVE making cards & scrapbooking family memories. I have learned so much from many of my fellow card makers on ebay! I do work full time in Recreation Therapy. I love working with the elderly! I have done this for over 27 years! Thanks for visiting my Blog... It is a work in process...
