Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #81

 For my Midnight Madness Design card for this week, I used this adorable Christmas Stocking  image by "priscillastyles".  My stocking image was colored with my inktense watercolor pencils.  Shading  around my image was achieved by sponging on Tim Holtz distressed inks.  Ribbons were from my stash.  My card stocks are by Mindseye Christmas collection as well as my solid card stocks are by Paper Temptress.

Creative Card Crew Challenge Treat Boxes and Sponsor/Prize by Simon Says Stamp!

For my design treat box for this challenge, I used My Mindseye Christmas line cardstocks and cut out this wonderful little box on my cricut. Tilda was colored with my copics.   I added lots of ribbon and centered my cute Christmas Tilda image on 2 cut outs using my spellbinders.  My box is filled with yummy Giradelli carmel chocolates.  Rhinestones were colored with my copics and added as a finishing touch!

On the back of my box I put a tag with a wish for Holiday Happiness as a finishing touch along with more of my beautiful white organza ribbon.

The Pixie Cottage Challenge #44 Sketch and or Use of Only 2 Colors

  For my Pixie Cottage Design Card this week I chose to use Spring Time Hannah With Butterflies by Sandra Hammer as my image.  I just love the beautiful butterflies.  Spring is such a favorite time of year for me.  I used papers from my stash.  I colored her with my new watercolor pencils that I recently received as a birthday present.  (Ahhh my friends and family are enablers!).  Flowers are by Prima.
We have another fabulous sketch for you and it gives you a lot of scope for adding your own twist to it.

In addition to the sketch we have the optional challenge of using just 2 colors on your project. You can use different shades of the same color but just two main color families.
As always you can use the sketch or the optional technique or both!
