The Pixie Cottage Sketch #63 and or Stitching Challenge

For my Pixie Cottage Design Card for this Wednesday I used the stamp Pleasant Porch by ARTish.

I simply adore all of the background stamps that are available over at the Pixie Cottage.  I colored and shaded my porch with copics and SU ink only orange.  My card stocks are by Sassafras and Bazzill.  Flowers are by Prima.

It's Wednesday so it means another challenge here at The Pixie Cottage!

As always we have 2 parts to the challenge and you can choose either or both to play along with.

Creative Card Crew Challenge "For a Child"

For my design card for this weeks creative card crew challenge, I chose to do a cute little Mother's Day card with one of my Hanglar/Stanglar images.  She was colored and shaded with my copics.  Sentiment is computer generated  Ribbons were from my stash.  My card stock is by Graphic 45 and bazzill.

Midnight Madness Sketch #97

For my design card for this week I used Priscilla's beautiful  BALLERINA RESTING DIGITAL STAMP.I think that this stamp is just sooooo elegant.  My cardstocks/papers are by bo bunny and bazzill.  My embellishments are by prima.  My ballerina was colored and shaded with copics.  As usual for me I have a lot of stitching.
I used Lindy's spray on my butterflies and flower for additional color.  I think that they blended beautifully.

Iris' Spot and 2 Patterned Paper Challenge

Over at Iris' Spot the sponsor this week is Whimsy Stamps. I simply love carousel horses so this one was simply perfect. Scrapbooking / Cardmaking Getaway Plus Classes and More!

This past weekend I taught classes in watercolors and copic shading at the Glitterie's sponsored weekend scrapbooking/cardmaking getaway.(here in Indy) We had so much fun! A special thanks to Michelle (owner of Pixie Cottage Stamps) for her wonderful donation of 4 pixie stamps that were given away at my classes! They definitely were a hit!

Boy those girls sure do stay up late to get those pages done!

Pixie Cottage Challenge #61 and or Green color/ Green (Recycled)

For my DT card for the Pixie Cottage I used the stamp  Window Seat by ARTish.    I colored my image with copics and added liquid lacquer to the window panes for shine and dimension.  My DP is by basic gray and bazzill.  Pearls by prima and lace from Jo Ann's.  I just love how versatile the Pixie Cottage background stamps are.
