She is extremely talented and her work will bring so much inspiration to the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenges this next month. Here is a little bit about her.....
'I am a New Zealand born girl living in Canberra Australia. I have been married to my FABULOUS husband 18 years this October!! Together we have three great children who complete our family and fill our home with love, laughter and an incredible amount of noise! I have always loved being creative, I was taught to knit when I was 6, by my Mother and have knitted and done various hand crafts ever since. Drawing and colouring always fascinated me, coming from a long time of artists on my Mother's side...this creative bug was bound to get me and it 'hit me hard!' I started cardmaking nearly two years ago when a neighbour asked me to her Stampin' Up Workshop and I thought 'how boring' but went to support her - what awhirlwind of a journey it has been since then I have rapidly crossed that fine line that separates addiction from obsession and I am loving it!! I am both thrilled and honored to be a Guest Design Team Member for the MMSC - I have played from the very first sketch and love the inspiration that these fabulously gifted ladies being each week! Thank you for having me - I looking forward to this part of my creative journey and seeing your 'work from the heart!'

Here is my design card for sketch #18! This card was made with a rubber stamp from DRS Designs who is our sponsor this month. This image was heat embossed with black embossing powder. I painted the background with orange ink and then antiqued the background with brown chalk. The background images were painted and then I applied crystal lacquer to them. The background was achieved by using black netting. I attached the netting with bat and spider glittery brads. This card is so glittery in person! This card was lots of fun to do! I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did creating it!
Thanks so much for leaving comments! Your comments are so inspirational. If you visit me, I will definitely stop by your blog for a peek!
I finished these cards on Friday, and finally got around to the picture taking part! I just got back this afternoon from our cabin! Even though it rained alittle yesterday we still had a great time! So here are my cards! I used Priscilla's envelope templete for both of these cards. So easy!
DRS DESIGNS IS THE MMSC SPONSOR! Check out their wonderful images! This card's image was created with a rubber stamp from DRS DESIGNS! Such a cute image! Visit DRS DESIGNS web site to see more of the lovely stamps that were used by our design team for this challenge!

Hi! I am married, & have 2 fantastic sons, Adam who is 24 and Ian who is 18. After college Adam became a fitness instructor and just recently started his own fitness company ARC Fitness.
Ian graduated from High School & works at Sam's Club and goes to school at IUPUI. I have been involved in crafting and sewing for most of my life. My grandmother taught me how to sew. As early as I can remember, I have crocheted and sewed. Along with my sisters, I made and sold crafts for years at local craft shows in Indiana. I became interested in making cards awhile ago and became addicted. So much so that I converted our unused living room into a craft studio! I just LOVE making cards & scrapbooking family memories. I have learned so much from many of my fellow card makers on ebay! I do work full time in Recreation Therapy. I love working with the elderly! I have done this for over 27 years! Thanks for visiting my Blog... It is a work in process...
