Pixie Cottage Sketch and or Theme Strawberries & Cream

For my Pixie Cottage Design card for this week I used the Pixie Cottage stamp Sweetpea in Bloom by Alisa Ramirez .  My image was stamped with Memento ink then colored and shaded with copics.  My card-stocks are by Mindseye and Bazzill.  My edges were shaded with chalk ink.   

It's Wednesday so it means another challenge here at The Pixie Cottage!
As always we have 2 parts to the challenge and you can choose either or both to play along with.
We have a fabulous sketch and our theme this week is "Strawberries and Cream"
We'd like to see the obvious and the not so obvious with this theme. You could use strawberries and cream as images or maybe as the colors of, this is a little stretched but, a tennis themed card as Wimbledon is on and strawberries and cream are a Wimbledon favorite! LOL

Remember you can use the sketch or the optional technique or both!

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #110

For my Midnight Madness card for this week I used a Kenny K image from Whimsey Stamps.   This cowgirl image is not my usual cutsie preference but she was a lot of fun to color and shade.  For the coloring I used my copic markers as well as some SU ink that was sponged around the edges.  My card-stocks are from my stash.  I have been looking for the perfect image for this wonderful shiny striped black and red card-stock.  I colored my rhinestones black for added shine and bling as well as some other button embellishments from my stash.

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #109

It's that time of the week already!  For my Midnight Madness card for this week I used a lovely image from our sponsor D'Amour Allure.  My victorian lady card was created using papers from my stash and bazzill cardstocks.  I embossed my backgrounds with my cuttlebug folder.  My flowers were also from our sponsor D'Amour Allure.  I created the leaves from some scraps of green bazzill run through my crimper.

For my Pixie Card this week I used this adorable stamp!  She was colored and shaded with my copics.  I have a tendency to go over board with some of my cards (you know the more the better :)  so with the last few cards that I have created I have actually been trying for a more CAS style.  My papers are by basic grey and bazzill.  I used my cuttlebug embossing folder.  Rhinestones are from my long term stash!

Pixie Cottage Sketch #72 and/or anything but a card

For my Pixie Cottage Project for this week I used the stamp Love Endures All Things by ARTish.My project is a wedding album keepsake box that I am making for a friend of my son who is getting married this June.  Her absolute favorite color is pink!  My cardstock is by Mindseye Laundry Line.  My image was stamped and then colored and shaded with my copics.  There will be a matching folded album that goes in this box that is 8X8 so the dimensions of my box is about 9x9.
