Delightful Challenges of Red, White and Blue USA Bongo!

This week's Delightful Challenge is all about Red, White and Blue!  For this week's challenge, I used Wendy's cute digital  Luvin the USA Bongo & Stars and Stripes Forever Sentiment.  My images and sentiment were printed out on my HP printer and then colored and shaded with my copics.  My patriotic cardstock is by Imagination.  Bazzill solids were used for my trim and image background.

Creative Card Crew Challenge Of No Designer Paper, Saturated Canary OKLAHOMA and The Scrapping Center

For this fortnight challenge, I used Saturated Canary's image of Oklahoma.  She was printed out on cardstock from my HP printer and then colored and shaded with copics. As you can see from the above photo, my yellow color accent around Oklahoma was a little on the dark side.  With the amazing colorless blender, I was able to tone down those highlights dramatically!

As many of you know Mari, the owner of The Creative Card Crew Challenge lives in Moore, Oklahoma where tornadoes have cause much devastation.  Krista from Saturated Canary donated the proceeds from the adorable image that I used, OKLAHOMA on the release day for a special price, with the proceeds from that day going to Mari's daughter, who lost her home to the tornado. If you would like the image, it is available at full price in Krista's shop.  The proceeds will no longer go to Mari's daughter, but I hope lots of you buy "Sweet Oklahoma," to support Krista for supporting Mari's family.

Delightful Challenges, Little Dumpling and a BANNER Challenge!

For my Delightful DT banner card I used Wendy's digital images called Little Dumpling & Little Dumpling Accessories.  Little Dumpling was printed out on my HP printer and then colored and  shaded with my copic markers.  I used 2 accessory items, the bow and rattle.  My cardstock is from Canvas Corp and Bazzill.  I used my MS punch for my floral background.  My banners were punched out with my EK Success banner punch.  Ribbon and pearls are from my stash.  What an adorable baby image!

Delightful Challenges Wedding/Anniversary Theme, Dylan and Daisy And Our Sponsor Scrapy Land!

Good Morning!  I can hardly believe that it is Thursday already and time for a new card from Delightful Challenges.   For this wedding themed card, I used the adorable  Wedding Dylan and Daisy image from Wendy's Delightful Collection.  In addition, I chose a sentiment "A day to Remember" from Digital Delights!  My image was printed out on white cardstock on my HP printer and then colored and shaded with copics and distress markers.  I wanted my image to be the center focus so I enlarged my image to fit most of my 5X5 cardstock!  I have a friend who is getting married in July and I thought that this was a perfect image for the couple.  They are both so adventuresome and athletic.  My sparkly flower is from Prima, and ribbons and lace are from my stash.

Creative Card Crew Challenge Use Of Metal and two sponsors Pizzazz Aplenty and QKR Stampede

For my DT card for this fortnight's challenge, I used this adorable snowman image from our sponsor QKR Stampede.  My DT card was colored and shaded with copics and Tim Holtz distressed markers.  My card stock is by Graphic 45.  I have both a metal snowflake brad on my handmade flower as well as a metal heart charm.  Even though it is summer this is such a cute winter card.  Ribbon is by SU and pearls are from my stash.

Digital Delights, Delightful Challenges, NEW RELEASES and Summer Fun Theme!

For my Delightful Challenge project, I altered a galvanized bucket.  My bucket was colored with copics.  I then cut out circles of coordinating cardstock, and glued them all over the bucket.  Trim was added.   I printed out a Surfing Jimmy Image & a Sunny Smiles sentiment from the Summer of Smiles Sentiment Set.

I filled up my bucket with lots of goodies for a summer theme.
