Midnight Madness Sketch # 113 Color me crazy flowers!

For this weeks challenge I created both a card (using the sketch) and a decorative box using our sponsors wonderful paper flowers..  For my flowers, I colored them with my copics, and then took off some of the color close to the center with my blending pen.  Stickles were added on the petals and around the edges.  After drying I then used 3 coats of crystal lacquer on the flowers while letting them dry between coats.  In person they look like china flowers.  My cardstocks are by Mindseye.  Flowers are by Petaloo.
